About This Device

This sand washing machine is a new multifunctional sand washing equipment developed by us after combining the actual needs of customers and after many practices. This equipment combines drum screen, sand washing machine, cyclone and dewatering screen in one, so that one device has the functions of screening, washing, dehydration and recycling at the same time, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly!

How Does This Device Work?

The raw material is transported to the hopper by the belt conveyor or elevator, and then the material is sent to the feeding end by the vibrating feeder uniformly. The material enters from the high end, and the heating medium and the raw material enter the cylinder in the same direction or in the reverse direction. The material is heated in the cylinder directly or indirectly, and becomes dry under the action of the heating medium. The dried material is sent out under the action of a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.

1. Feeding equipment, like vibration feeder or plate type feeder: These machines feed the jaw crusher with the rocks and stones to be crushed.

2. Drying equipment: Dryer is mainly used to reduce the moisture content of ore for secondary crushing, screening and transportation.

3. Dust collector: removes impurities in the gas and dust generated after the rotary kiln, purifies the gas, and reduces environmental pollution.

4. Belt Conveyor: They are used for transportation of the material from one machine to another during different phases of process.

5. Central electric control system: Control and monitor the operation of the entire system.
