About Limestone grinding mill plant

Limestone is a kind of nonmetallic minerals composed mainly of calcium carbonate (CaCO3). It is usually in the form of calcite or aragonite. Limestone has numerous uses: as a building material, an essential component of concrete (Portland cement), as aggregate for the base of roads, as white pigment or filler in products such as toothpaste or paints, as a chemical feedstock for the production of lime, as a soil conditioner, and as a popular decorative addition to rock gardens.
The complete limestone grinding plant are composed four process - crushing, grinding, powder selection and packaging.
1. Crushing. It is to break large into appropriate granularity to meet feeding requirements of raymond mill machine.
2. Grinding. It is main porcess to produce limestone powder products, according to different fineness requirements.
3. Powder selection. It is to sort out qualified limestone powder. Collect the coarse particle to return to grind again.
4. Packaging. Qualified lime powder is generally stored in storage silos or packaged before it can be sold as commodities.
