About Dolomite grinding mill plant
Dolomite with hardness 3.5-4 and specific gravity 2.85-2.9, widely distributed in nature. Dolomite is a carbonate mineral, including iron dolomite and manganese dolomite. Dolomite is usually off-white in color and resembles limestone in appearance. It is widely used in building materials, ceramics, glass and refractory materials, chemical and agriculture, environmental protection, energy saving and other fields.
The complete dolomite powder grinding plant are composed four stages - crushing, grinding, powder classifiaction and packaging.
1. Crushing stage. Large material is broken by stone crusher to the fineness of feeding into raymond mill ( around 25 mm).
2. Grinding stage. Small granulaty that meets grinding requirement enter raymond grinding mill evenly and quantitatively through feeding system, and grind into powder in grinding chamber.
3. Classification stage. The material after grinding is graded by separator with the air flow system. The unqualified powder is graded by separator and returned to grinding chamber for re-grinding.
4. Powder collecting stage. Powder that meets the fineness enters powder collecting system and the powder is separated. The finished powder is sent to finished product silo for package.
