About This Device

This sand dryer can be used to dry ore powder, sludge, sand, slag ,clay and ect. This piece of equipment is popular for use in many processing stages, because it is a reliable drying solution.

How Does This Device Work?

The sand is transported to the hopper by the belt conveyor or elevator, and then the sand is sent to the feeding end by the vibrating feeder uniformly. The sand enters from the high end, and the heating medium and the raw material enter the cylinder in the same direction or in the reverse direction. The sand is heated in the cylinder directly or indirectly, and becomes dry under the action of the heating medium. The dried sand is sent out under the action of a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.

1. Feeding equipment, like vibration feeder or plate type feeder: These machines feed the jaw crusher with the rocks and stones to be crushed.

2. Drying equipment: Dryer is mainly used to reduce the moisture content of ore for secondary crushing, screening and transportation.

3. Dust collector: removes impurities in the gas and dust generated after the rotary kiln, purifies the gas, and reduces environmental pollution.

4. Belt Conveyor: They are used for transportation of the material from one machine to another during different phases of process.
