Introduction

Cement rotary kiln is a type of rotary kiln, which is specially used to process cement, hence its name. The cement rotary kiln currently produced is mainly a kind of equipment to pave the way for cement clinker dry and wet production lines.
Cement rotary kiln is used to produce cement by calcining clinker from limestone, clay, etc. Cement production should go through "two grinding and one burning" (i.e. raw material grinding system, clinker calcining system and cement grinding system). Among them, the clinker calcining system is a thermal process that burns cement raw materials into cement clinker at high temperature, which is an extremely important key stage in cement production.

Working principle

Cement is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the cement rolls along the circumference while moving axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). Cement keeps rolling and moving forward in the rotary kiln. The heat source heats the rotary kiln, and the material heats up and reacts in the rotary kiln. The reacted material is discharged from the kiln head and enters the next process.
