1. Wear degree. Regularly check the wear of key components (such as lifting plates, rollers, support wheels, etc.) to observe whether there are obvious signs of wear or cracks. If the wear exceeds 30% of the original thickness or cracks appear, it should be replaced in time.

2. Running sound. When the slag dryer is running, pay attention to whether there are abnormal sounds, such as metal collision sounds, abnormal noises, etc. If abnormal sounds are found, it may be that a component is loose or damaged, and it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection and replacement.

3. Temperature change. Use an infrared thermometer to detect the temperature of key components, especially bearings and motors. If the temperature is significantly higher than the normal value, it may be poor lubrication or component damage, which needs to be replaced in time.

4. Vibration condition. Use a vibration monitoring instrument to detect the vibration of the coal slime dryer. If the vibration amplitude exceeds the normal range, it may be that the component is loose or severely worn, and it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection and replacement.

5. Sealing performance. Check the sealing effect of the sealing device and observe whether there is air leakage or material leakage. If the sealing effect is poor, resulting in air leakage or material leakage, the seal needs to be replaced.

6. Lubrication condition. Check the oil level and quality of the lubrication system to see if it has deteriorated or is insufficient. If the oil quality has deteriorated or the oil level is insufficient, it may cause increased wear of the components and the lubricating oil or grease needs to be replaced in time.
