The real drying source comes from the constant temperature heating and heat maintenance of the heating system. The main function of the induced draft system in the sand drying production line is to quickly discharge the high-humidity and low-temperature exhaust gas in the barrel and improve the drying efficiency. And in its normal production work, in order to prevent the water vapor contained in the exhaust gas from condensing before entering the dust removal system, giving the dust removal system a large amount of adhesion and reducing the dust removal effect, the induced draft system is added with a sensor for the temperature of the exhaust gas, which can better guarantee the gas temperature.
If the exhaust gas is lower than this temperature, the exhaust capacity of the induced draft system can timely and better extract the exhaust gas in the barrel. The drop in temperature will increase the weight of the gas, so the boiler induced draft fan is often used as the power source of the induced draft system of the dryer.
