1. During the operation of the simplified slag dryer, the roller ring swings. Generally, when the concave joint side of the roller ring is not clamped, the slag dryer will swing due to excessive gaps during operation. At this time, we only need to tighten it slightly. But be careful not to tighten it too much to avoid failure.
2. The gap between the large and small gears of the slag dryer is destroyed. If the supporting wheel or the wheel is severely worn during the slag drying operation, or the small gear of the dryer is worn, it is easy for the gap between the large and small gears of the slag dryer to be destroyed, which will seriously affect the normal progress of the drying operation. This requires us to regularly inspect and repair these parts during use and determine whether they need to be replaced according to the wear of the parts.
3. The finished slag cannot be discharged normally after drying. If the slag dryer itself is not installed properly and there is air leakage, resulting in too low wind pressure in the drying cylinder, the finished slag cannot be discharged normally after drying. In addition, if the feed is too much too fast, the dryer will be blocked, or the wind force inside the dryer is too small, which will also cause the finished product to fail to be discharged smoothly after drying. At this time, we need to solve the problem correctly according to different reasons, such as reinstalling the slag dryer and appropriately adjusting the air volume in the dryer.
The dried slag does not meet the corresponding moisture requirements. Once this happens in the slag drying operation, we need to appropriately reduce the amount of raw materials and adjust the air volume and combustion amount.
