1. The air inlet pipe of the steam radiator should reasonably maintain its diameter equal to the inlet and return water joints.
2. Before inputting steam, open the stop valve of the sewage pipe, then discharge the cooling water in the pipe, close the valve, open the air inlet and return water valve pipes, and then send in steam for preheating. Generally, the preheating should be controlled at least 10 minutes. After preheating, cold air can be blown in to reduce the condensation formed when steam and cold water are exchanged, thereby causing freezing.
3. When the radiator of the three-drum dryer is not in use, the remaining water inside should be released first, so as to prevent the abnormality of freezing and cracking of the pipe in winter.
4. Check the radiator on time, and check whether the pipe is damaged, or there is abnormal leakage or water leakage. Once a problem occurs, it should be solved in time.
5. The filter screen installed inside the drainer in the heat dissipation pipe should be cleaned regularly to keep the drainer clean.
