During the repair and maintenance of slag dryers, it is sometimes necessary to disassemble and install the bearings of the equipment. If it is not handled properly, it is likely to cause damage to the inside of the bearing, thereby affecting the normal operation of the equipment, and even causing damage to the equipment. So what is the correct disassembly and assembly method?
When disassembling the outer ring, first set several screws for the outer ring extrusion screw on the circumference of the outer shell, and evenly tighten the screws while disassembling. At the same time, when disassembling the tapered roller bearings and separable bearings of the slag dryer, several cuts should be set on the outer shell shoulder, and the pads should be used to disassemble with a press, or gently knock and disassemble, and brute force should not be used.
For the disassembly of the inner ring, it is relatively simple to pull it out with a pressure machine. For the disassembly of the inner ring of a large slag dryer, the oil pressure method can be used, that is, oil pressure is added through the oil hole set on the bearing to make it easy to pull out. For bearings with larger widths, the oil pressure method and the pull-out card can be used for better disassembly operations.
When we disassemble a smaller tapered bore bearing, we need to fasten the block on the shaft to support the inner ring. After turning the nut several times, use a pad to tap and disassemble it. If it is a large tapered bore bearing, oil pressure disassembly is more convenient. The method is to pressurize the oil in the oil hole on the tapered bore shaft to expand the inner ring, and then disassemble it.
After disassembling and cleaning or replacing the equipment bearing, when installing it, avoid pollutants from entering the bearing to avoid affecting the normal installation of the bearing and the working performance of the slag dryer. Because most slag dryer bearings are separated and very difficult to clean. In addition, when we install the bearing, we must pay attention to the installation position and direction, and there must be no deviation to avoid damage to the bearing or even the entire equipment.
