1. Adjust the temperature controller. If the clay dryer is equipped with an automatic temperature controller, the discharge temperature can be changed by adjusting the set value.
2. Heat source adjustment. Adjust the fuel supply of the burner or the power of the electric heating element to change the temperature of the heat source.
3. Air volume control. Increasing or decreasing the air volume of the hot air system can affect the heat exchange efficiency in the cylinder, and thus affect the discharge temperature.
4. Feed rate adjustment. Changing the feed rate, less material can be heated faster, which may increase the discharge temperature; vice versa.
5. Check the insulation layer. Confirm whether the insulation layer of the soil dryer is intact, because a damaged insulation layer may cause heat loss and affect the discharge temperature.
6. Adjust the process gas linkage air valve. For some control systems, the temperature and flow of the hot air can be controlled by adjusting the linkage air valve of the process gas to keep the discharge temperature stable.
