1. The heating of the dryer relies entirely on the conversion of airflow in the heating chamber to evaporate moisture, so the heating chamber must have good sealing. If the heating chamber of the dryer is found to be loose, we can calibrate the head cylinder and the dryer cylinder and weld them, and then bolt the split retaining ring to the head cylinder. Then place the sealing flange in a suitable position and fix it with the boiling furnace frame and fill the furnace bricks of the sealing outer ring. Then install the spring sheet with a pressing block. In order to prevent the spring sheet from abrading the cylinder, a section of ordinary steel plate cylinder sheath with a thickness of 8mm is installed on the cylinder, and a heavy object is hung on the spring sheet with a wire rope. This treatment can ensure the tightness of the sealing of the heating chamber.
2. When the dryer is in operation, the cylinder swings. The reason is that the side of the concave joint of the roller ring is not clamped. The elimination method is to use a pad to keep the roller ring and the concave joint even and properly clamped. Note that over-tightening is prone to accidents.
3. The chain of the dryer breaks, mainly because the scraper bears too much load during work, and the water in the machine tank corrodes the chain, which will reduce the chain and cause the other chain to break. Of course, if the manufacturer reduces the quality of chain manufacturing in order to reduce production costs and increase profits, it will also cause the chain to break. However, users must pay attention to the maintenance of the chain when using the dryer, and increase the material appropriately to avoid excessive load on the chain.
4. The material will not "reciprocate" in the dryer drum because the "reciprocating motion" and "block multi-circuit motion" of the material in the dryer are two different concepts of the process flow, so the material in the drum will soon be drawn away by the wind. As a result, the storage volume of the material in the drum is too low, resulting in a decrease in the dynamic and static contact area between the material and the hot air.
5. The temperature in the dryer cannot rise. Cause: The air outlet is opened too large and the air is exhausted too fast. Troubleshooting method: Cover the filter with half a piece of cardboard and half-close the air door.
6. The speed of the inner drum of the dryer is too low. Cause: The tension of the triangular tape is not enough. Solution: Adjust the adjustable parts to increase the tension.
