What are the four key areas to pay attention to when using a sand dryer?

1. Cleaning Zone: In this zone, wet river sand is lifted by the lifting plates to form a curtain of material. When the material falls, it easily adheres to the drum wall. The equipment is designed with a cleaning device in this zone, which effectively cleans the material adhering to the inner wall. During this process, the cleaning device also breaks up material clumps, thereby increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate.

2. Discharge Zone: The drum does not have lifting plates in this zone. The material rolls and slides to the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.

3. Conveying Zone: Wet river sand enters this zone and comes into contact with high-temperature hot air, rapidly evaporating moisture. Under the movement of the large-angle lifting plates, the material does not form clumps and is guided to the next working zone. Such a mysterious dryer is actually just that. Nothing more than that.

4. Inclined lifting plate area: In this area, the wet river sand is in a low-moisture and loose state. The material no longer exhibits adhesion in this area. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharge area.
