Anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment is a crucial step in the manufacturing of bentonite dryer. The following methods are commonly used:

1. Electrostatic powder coating. Traditional liquid paints used in manufacturing bentonite drying equipment contain large amounts of organic solvents—such as esters, ketones, and hydrocarbons—which create various issues regarding production, storage, transport, and application; they are flammable, explosive, and pose significant safety risks. Electrostatic powder coating offers an ideal solution to these problems.

2. Phosphating and passivation process. Through electrical and electrochemical reactions, a single treatment can restore rusted steel components to their original metallic appearance while simultaneously forming a dense, anti-rust coating on the metal surface.

The success of modern drying technology depends not only on drying standards and scientific advancements but also—and very closely—on the equipment's structural design, material selection, and manufacturing methods. Therefore, the choice of materials is of great importance.
