When working at high temperature and high intensity for a long time, the dryer motor is prone to overheating and burning the cable, causing a short circuit fault. In this case, the drying device will not work properly.
The motor is the power source of the drying system of the drying device, maintaining the normal operation of the drying device. Therefore, if the motor has a short circuit fault, it is a very difficult problem. There are two situations:
1. When the working current is 1.3 times the rated voltage, when the rated output of the motor becomes lower, the speed ratio of the dryer body decreases, and the heat transfer speed regulator changes greatly in the low-speed state. As a result, all the drying occurs. The deviation of the equipment transformer is large.
2. If the working voltage is the rated voltage, the working frequency of the sand dryer will be too low, the working current will become unstable, and there will be jitters before and after, which will damage the transformer and ammeter of the dryer. Considering the above situation, you can first close the heat transfer rate regulating valve of the desiccant to increase the working power. Subsequent restart of the desiccant can reduce the excitation working current of the motor and increase the speed ratio of the desiccant plug when the initial conditions appear. In fact, the problem of the sand dryer motor is a commonplace topic, but it cannot be ignored, so it is necessary to carefully check whether the motor will heat up or short-circuit during operation.
