1. Temperature and air volume adjustment. By adjusting the temperature and flow of the hot air, the drying environment in the drying drum is controlled. Increasing the hot air temperature or increasing the air volume can accelerate the evaporation of moisture, but be careful not to overheat the material or consume too much energy.
2. Drying time control. Adjust the drying cycle according to the initial moisture content and target moisture content of the material. Prolonging the drying time appropriately can further reduce the moisture content of the material, but too long will increase energy consumption and reduce efficiency.
3. Material thickness and distribution. Control the thickness of the material layer entering the dryer and the uniformity of its distribution in the drum to ensure that the hot air is in full contact with the material, improve the drying efficiency and moisture control accuracy.
4. Automatic control system. Use temperature and humidity sensors to monitor the material condition during the drying process, and combine with PLC or higher automation control systems to automatically adjust parameters such as heat source output, air volume, and speed to achieve accurate moisture control.
5. Post-processing equipment. Install cooling or air separation equipment at the outlet of the quartz sand dryer to further cool and dehumidify the material, which helps to stably control the moisture content of the product.
