The sand dryer dries the wet sand by providing high-temperature hot air, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the sand. It can adapt to the drying needs of sand of different particle sizes and humidity, as well as other granular materials. The sand dryer is relatively easy to operate, and by adjusting parameters such as temperature and humidity, it can meet the drying requirements of different materials.

1. Dust removal system. Install an effective dust removal system, usually including bag dust collectors, cyclone dust collectors, etc., to collect and filter the dust generated during the sand drying process.

2. Wet dust removal. For high-concentration dust, a wet dust removal system is used to wet and settle the dust by spraying water mist and other methods to reduce the particle concentration in the air.

3. Electrostatic dust removal. For specific working conditions, electrostatic dust removal technology can be used to guide dust deposition through an electrostatic field to improve the dust removal effect.

4. Waste gas treatment. The waste gas may contain harmful components such as volatile organic compounds. Adsorbents, catalysts and other technologies can be used to treat the waste gas to convert or adsorb harmful substances.

5. Exhaust duct design. Design the exhaust duct reasonably to ensure that the exhaust gas emission meets environmental protection requirements. The exhaust gas temperature can be reduced by high-position discharge or cooling device.
