1. Preparation stage. Check whether the dryer and related equipment are in good condition, including transmission devices, heating systems, etc. Make sure that the heat source (such as steam or hot air) is ready and the heat source temperature is suitable for the drying process.
2. Feeding. Start the conveying device to evenly feed the wet sludge into the dryer.
3. Heating and drying. Turn on the heat source and adjust the hot air temperature or steam pressure according to the material characteristics. The sludge contacts with hot air or other heat media in the dryer, and the water gradually evaporates.
4. Control and monitoring. Use the control system to monitor the temperature, humidity and flow of materials during the drying process. Adjust the drying parameters as needed to ensure that the quality of the product meets the requirements.
5. Discharging and collection. The dried sludge is discharged from the other end of the dryer. Use a conveyor belt or other device to collect the dried product.
6. Maintenance and cleaning. After the drying operation is completed, clean the inside of the sludge dryer to keep the equipment clean and prevent residues from affecting the next use. Check the wear of the equipment regularly and replace damaged parts in time.
