1. Selection of fuel type. Choose the right fuel type, such as coal, natural gas, biomass fuel, etc. Different fuels have different combustion characteristics and require corresponding combustion equipment and technology.
2. Adjustment of burner. The burner is the core part of the fuel supply. The combustion condition of the fuel can be controlled by adjusting the damper and fuel inlet of the burner to achieve the ideal combustion effect.
3. Adjustment of combustion air volume. To ensure sufficient combustion air supply, the amount of air entering the combustion chamber can be controlled by adjusting the speed of the fan or the damper opening to promote the full combustion of the fuel.
4. Monitoring and control of combustion temperature. Monitor the temperature in the combustion chamber by installing a temperature sensor, and adjust the fuel supply according to the temperature change to ensure that the temperature is stable within the required range.
5. Automatic control of the fuel supply system. Modern three-drum dryers are usually equipped with an automatic control system that can monitor the combustion condition of the fuel in real time and automatically adjust the fuel supply to maintain the best state of thermal efficiency.
