How to prevent slag from oxidation and deterioration?

1. Control oxygen content. Control the oxidation reaction by reducing the oxygen content in the drying environment. Inert gas can be introduced into the slag dryer to replace part of the air, thereby reducing the oxygen concentration.

2. Sealing measures. Ensure that the sealing performance of the drying equipment is good to prevent oxygen from entering the outside air, especially to strengthen the sealing at the feed port and discharge port.

3. Rapid drying. By increasing the drying speed, the time the slag is exposed to the air is reduced, thereby reducing the chance of oxidation.
