Lithium slag dryer is an industrial equipment specially used for drying lithium slag, which is widely used in mining, building materials and chemical industries. The equipment effectively removes moisture from lithium slag and improves its quality through direct contact between hot air and materials. So what is the relationship between the size and output of lithium slag dryer?
1. Cylinder diameter. The larger the diameter, the more material can be accommodated per unit time, thereby increasing the output. Dryers with smaller diameters are suitable for occasions with low output requirements or for processing fine particles.
2. Cylinder length. Increased length can provide longer material residence time, which helps to more fully remove moisture from the material, but it also increases the floor space of the feldspar powder dryer. Shorter cylinders are suitable for fast drying or when there are space restrictions.
3. Material thickness. The thicker the material layer, the lower the drying efficiency, because heat transfer needs to pass through more material layers to reach the middle part of the material. Thinning the material layer can improve drying efficiency, but it may also reduce output.
4. Heat exchange area. A larger heat exchange area helps increase drying rates, so a larger dryer size generally means higher throughput.
