2. Refractory materials. The inner wall of the drying chamber of the quartz sand dryer is usually covered with refractory materials to resist high temperature and wear. The more common refractory materials include refractory bricks, refractory castables, etc.
3. Wear-resistant materials. Since quartz sand will produce friction and wear during the drying process, the internal components of the dryer usually also need to use wear-resistant materials, such as wear-resistant steel plates, etc.
4. Thermal insulation materials. In order to reduce energy loss and improve thermal efficiency, the outer shell and insulation part of the dryer usually use thermal insulation materials, such as rock wool, ceramic fiber, etc.
