The height-to-diameter ratio of the sand dryer depends on the time the material needs to stay in the kiln for preheating, decomposition, sintering and cooling. If the height-to-diameter ratio is too large, the ventilation resistance will increase, the fan power consumption will increase, and the forging speed will be affected. If the height-to-diameter ratio is too low, the kiln section will be unevenly ventilated, the clinker forging will be unstable, and the clinker will be poorly cooled and the heat loss will increase.

The most obvious loss of other related aspects of the equipment caused by the wear of the sand dryer equipment is the increase in economic investment. In addition, in terms of manpower, the idle personnel and the equipment need to be repaired, and the personnel operating the equipment cannot carry out normal production operations; the second is the increase in manpower, and special personnel are required to be responsible for the maintenance of the sand dryer equipment.

When processing the aperture of the sand dryer, ensure that the cutting depth is 0.1mm each time, and minimize the amount of cutting of the C650 lathe slide. The reason for choosing the cutting depth of 0.1mm each time is that if the cutting depth is too large, the aperture will be supported by the supporting wheel below while being turned. As the surface area of ​​the aperture is reduced to a certain extent, the surface part under heavy pressure will produce plastic deformation.

If plastic deformation occurs, the aperture will produce irregular vibrations when rotating. Since the movement trajectory of the aperture has no fixed center, and the lower part of the aperture is supported by the supporting wheel, the cutting depth and processing volume will cause the aperture to vibrate greatly during operation, which directly affects the service life of the discharge aperture of the sand dryer. Therefore, controlling the cutting depth of each processing is the key point in the repair process.
