The three-drum dryer is a drying equipment consisting of three cylinders nested together and arranged coaxially. Through the different hot air effects of the inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder, the material is fully dried in multiple stages. The equipment uses the principles of heat conduction and heat radiation, supplemented by heat exchange between materials and hot air, to achieve effective dehydration and drying of various wet materials. 1. Improve the discharge device. Use a more effective discharge device to ensure that the material can be discharged smoothly within the specified time to prevent the backlog of materials from causing heat accumulation and temperature rise.

2. Adjust the discharge speed. According to the characteristics and humidity of the material, appropriately adjust the discharge speed to match it with the drying rate to prevent the material from staying in the dryer for too long and causing high temperature.

3. Ensure smooth discharge. Clean the discharge channel to prevent blockage or adhesion, and ensure that the material can be discharged from the dryer continuously and evenly.

4. Prevent backfire. The discharge system should be designed to prevent backfire, ensuring that the fire source will not be caused by the sudden movement of materials during the drying process of the three-drum dryer and return to the inside of the drying cylinder.
