1. Equipment startup: When the bentonite dryer is turned on, first of all, the materials to be dried need to be prepared, and the preliminary inspection work needs to be done well; secondly, when starting the machine, the hot air furnace needs to be ignited first, and after it burns stably, the blower is turned on, and then the feeding is prepared, and the induced draft fan is carried out in the last step; before the material conveyor starts feeding, the bentonite dryer needs to be turned on first and the cylinder is running.
2. Equipment shutdown: Half an hour before the bentonite dryer is about to end production, it is necessary to reduce the addition of hot air furnace fuel, gradually turn off the flame, and then turn off the blower and induced draft fan. Then stop feeding the equipment, wait until the material in the bentonite dryer cylinder is dried and basically all discharged, stop the cylinder operation, and before the temperature is completely cooled, the equipment needs to be driven manually to avoid deformation.
3. Only when the machine is turned on and off correctly can the bentonite dryer dry materials normally and stably, reduce wear and tear, and produce efficiently.
4. Sometimes bentonite dryers may encounter problems such as temperature not rising and fan not turning. How to solve such problems?
If the drying temperature cannot rise, mainly check the following points:
Check whether the air inlet valve is open;
Check whether the solenoid valve is intact;
Check whether the computer version is output;
Check whether the drain valve is intact;
Check whether the fan is turning;
Check whether the fluff inside the machine is cleaned;
Check whether the external exhaust chimney of the bentonite dryer is unobstructed;
Whether the protective net on the heater has not been cleaned for a long time.
