The temperature and humidity of the flue gas of the slag dryer flue gas fluctuate widely, which sometimes causes the electrostatic precipitator to work under the dew point and is prone to condensation. The hot flue gas contains a high content of SO2 and CO2 gases. When the humidity is high, sulfurous acid solution will condense on the metal components, causing corrosion. In addition, the air leakage during the negative pressure operation of the dust removal system and the intermittent production of the dryer will accelerate the corrosion of metal components. Therefore, the anti-corrosion structure of the electrostatic precipitator is indispensable. The following measures were taken in the design of the cement plant.
1. The corona wire is made of stainless steel.
2. LF-2 stainless aluminum plate bushing is used in the electric field.
3. Epoxy resin is applied to the part in contact with the flue gas in the non-electric field.
4. The main body is well insulated, and the six cylinders are wrapped together. This has a good insulation effect and reduces the chance of condensation in the dust collector.
