The sludge dryer operates in a harsh environment—high temperature, high humidity, heavy dust, and corrosive substances. Bearings are highly susceptible to damage under such conditions. How can we properly maintain the bearings of a sludge dryer?
1. Regularly add grease to reduce bearing wear.
2. Regularly clean the equipment surface and the area around the bearing housings to remove sludge and dust, reducing the chance of contaminant intrusion.

3. Carefully check the wear of easily worn parts in the sludge dryer and replace worn parts promptly.
4. If there is an impact sound during gear operation, stop immediately, inspect, and eliminate the problem.
5. If the bearing oil temperature rises during operation, stop the machine immediately, inspect, and eliminate the cause.
6. When placing the base of the movable device, remove dust to prevent the movable bearing from being unable to move on the base when the sludge dryer encounters uncrushable materials, which could lead to a serious accident.
