1. Shut down and cut off the power. First, make sure that the dryer stops running completely and cut off all power to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. Open the inspection door. According to the design of the sludge dryer, open the inspection door or observation window on the cylinder to enter the cylinder.
3. Ventilation. Use a blower or natural ventilation to ensure air circulation in the cylinder and remove possible harmful gases.
4. Personal protective equipment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as dust masks, goggles, gloves and work clothes.
5. Cleaning tools. Prepare necessary cleaning tools, such as brushes, shovels, vacuum cleaners or high-pressure water guns (if water cleaning is allowed).
6. Clean section by section. Starting from one end of the sludge dryer cylinder, gradually remove the dust accumulation, paying special attention to the cleaning of the lifting plate, lifting plate and heat exchange area.
7. Check the internal structure. While cleaning, check whether there are signs of wear, cracks or other damage inside the cylinder, and repair them in time.
8. Check after cleaning. Make sure there is no dust left and all parts are intact, then close the access door.
