Limestone dryer is an industrial equipment specially used for drying limestone. It adopts a rotary cylinder structure. 1. Rationalization of heat source configuration. Ensure that the heat source used matches the specifications of the dryer. The type and power of the heat source should meet the needs of drying limestone to avoid energy waste.

2. Strengthen insulation measures. Use insulation materials on the outer shell of the feldspar powder dryer to reduce heat loss and improve heat energy utilization.

3. Optimize the design of lifting plates. Reasonably arrange lifting devices of different structural forms to ensure that the material can be evenly heated at different drying stages and improve heat exchange efficiency.

4. Adjust the wind temperature and feed amount. Ensure that the hot air temperature and feed amount are within a reasonable range to avoid overheating or overcooling, as well as a decrease in thermal efficiency caused by excessive feed.

5. Improve the hot air circulation system. Ensure that the hot air circulation is smooth, avoid local overheating or cold areas, and optimize the hot air distribution.

6. Equipment sealing inspection. Ensure that the sealing of each component of the limestone dryer is good to prevent hot air leakage.
