The drying medium inside the fly ash dryer is mainly hot air. By introducing hot air, the fly ash dryer can use heat to evaporate the moisture of the wet fly ash at a certain temperature to achieve the purpose of drying. Hot air can be generated in different ways, such as hot air generated by a hot air furnace or other heat sources.

1. Temperature control. When selecting hot air, you need to consider its temperature to ensure that the temperature of the hot air can meet the drying requirements of the fly ash, while avoiding excessive temperature from having a negative impact on the quality of the fly ash.

2. Humidity and moisture content. The humidity and moisture content of different drying media may be different. It is necessary to select the right medium according to the characteristics of the fly ash to ensure the drying effect.

3. Energy consumption. The energy consumption of different drying media will also be different. Consider the thermal efficiency and cost comprehensively and select the right medium.

4. Environmental protection requirements. Considering environmental protection factors, choose a drying medium with less impact on the environment.

5. Production scale. According to the scale of fly ash production, select an appropriate hot air generation method to meet the production needs of the fly ash dryer.

6. Hot air stability. Choose a stable hot air generation method to ensure that the temperature and humidity of the hot air can be stably controlled during the production process.
