What issues should be paid attention to when installing a quartz sand dryer?

1. Preliminary inspection and preparation. Before installation, the equipment should be inspected in detail to confirm that the model of the quartz sand dryer is correct and all parts are intact. Check whether the foundation meets the requirements and ensure that the ground is flat and solid and can bear the weight of the equipment and vibration during operation.

2. Determine the installation location. Choose a location that is convenient for material transportation, well ventilated and away from flammable and explosive items to install the dryer. Considering the convenience of feeding, discharging and maintenance, ensure that there is enough space around.

3. Draw the foundation line and elevation. Accurately draw the installation reference line and elevation line on the foundation to ensure the horizontal and vertical installation of the equipment.

4. Installation details. Install strictly in accordance with the equipment manual, including electrical wiring (such as connecting 380V three-phase power line and neutral line), water pipe and steam pipe connection. If steam heating is used, pressure indicators and safety devices must be installed on the external steam main pipeline.

5. Inspection and tightening. After installation, check whether all bolts connecting the quartz sand dryer are tight, whether the main engine compartment door is well sealed, and make necessary adjustments.
