1. Material properties. The design of the discharge port should take into account the physical properties of the treated sludge, such as particle size distribution, fluidity, etc., to ensure that the material can flow out smoothly without clogging.

2. Discharge speed. According to the production capacity and process requirements of the sludge dryer, the size and shape of the discharge port should be reasonably designed to ensure that the discharge speed is moderate and will not affect the overall drying efficiency.

3. Sealing. The discharge port should have good sealing to prevent dust leakage, and it should also be easy to clean to prevent material accumulation at the discharge port.

4. Temperature control. There should be temperature control measures near the discharge port to ensure that the discharge temperature meets the process requirements and avoid damage to subsequent processing equipment.

5. Connection method. The design of the discharge port should also consider the connection method with downstream equipment (such as conveyor belts, storage containers, etc.) to ensure that the connection is reliable and easy to install and disassemble.

6. Structural strength. The design of the discharge port should ensure that the structural strength is sufficient to withstand the mechanical stress in long-term use.
