3. Drum design. Whether the design of the lifting plate inside the drum is reasonable, whether it can effectively disperse the material and promote the full contact between the material and the hot air.

4. Temperature control. Whether the temperature can be accurately controlled to avoid local overheating or insufficient temperature.

5. Feed quantity control. Whether the feed quantity is stable and moderate, too much or too little feed quantity will affect the drying effect.

6. Material properties. The characteristics of the material itself (such as initial moisture content, particle size distribution, etc.) will also affect the uniformity of drying.
