How to control the drum speed of bentonite dryer?

Bentonite dryer is a kind of equipment specially used to remove moisture from bentonite. It heats the wet bentonite through heat exchange to evaporate the moisture, so as to obtain low-humidity bentonite products. This equipment usually has the characteristics of compact structure, high thermal efficiency, simple operation and uniform drying. 1. Variable speed drive. Modern bentonite dryers are usually equipped with variable frequency drives, which can accurately adjust the speed of the motor. 2. Control system. The control system of the dryer will automatically adjust the drum speed according to the preset process parameters and the real-time feedback of the drying effect (such as the moisture content and temperature of the discharge material) to achieve the best drying efficiency and product quality.

3. Manual adjustment. On some simpler equipment, it may be necessary to manually adjust the transmission device, such as adjusting the size of the pulley or using different gears of the gearbox to change the drum speed.
