Sand dryers are usually composed of a heat source, a feeding device, a rotating cylinder, a supporting device, a discharging device and a dust removal system. Adjusting its inclination angle can control the residence time of the material in the cylinder, thereby affecting the drying effect. So how to adjust the inclination angle of the sand dryer?

1. Understand the role. The inclination angle of the dryer affects the residence time and movement speed of the material in the cylinder. The correct inclination angle can ensure that the material is evenly heated during the drying process and is dried in the appropriate time.

2. Measure the existing angle. First, you need to measure the inclination angle of the current dryer. This can be done by using a level or other measuring tools.

3. Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations. Check the instruction manual of the sand dryer and adjust it according to the angle introduced by the manufacturer. It is common to have an inclination angle between 3° and 5°.

4. Adjust the support rollers. By adjusting the position of the support rollers, the inclination angle of the dryer cylinder can be changed. Usually, the support rollers located below the cylinder need to be adjusted to change their height, thereby changing the inclination of the entire cylinder.

5. Test run test. After adjustment, conduct a test run to observe the flow of the material. If the material moves too fast or too slow, further fine-tuning may be required.
