2. Wastewater emission control. The wastewater of kaolin dryer mainly comes from the cleaning process and the water content in the material. For the wastewater in the cleaning process, the discharge of wastewater can be reduced by recycling and installing wastewater treatment equipment, such as sedimentation tanks and filters. For the water content in the material, the process parameters and control system of the dryer can be optimized to make the water content of the material meet the requirements and reduce the generation of wastewater.
