1. Preheating preparation. First turn on the main power of the bentonite dryer and perform preheating according to the equipment manual. It is usually necessary to heat the dryer to a certain temperature to ensure that it can operate normally.
2. Feeding. Feed the bentonite material to be dried evenly into the dryer. This can be done through the feed port or the feeding device. Ensure that the material is evenly fed to avoid excessive or uneven accumulation leading to poor drying effect.
3. Parameter adjustment. Adjust the various parameters of the dryer according to actual needs, such as temperature, humidity, and volume. These parameters can be set through the buttons on the control panel or the touch screen interface. According to the characteristics and requirements of the bentonite material, adjust the parameters appropriately to achieve the ideal drying effect.
4. Start drying. After confirming that all parameters are set correctly, press the start button or turn on the drying control key. At this time, the dryer starts working and the heating element generates hot air for drying.
5. Monitoring and fine-tuning. During the drying process, continuously monitor the operating status of the dryer and the drying of the bentonite material. Adjust the parameters in time as needed to ensure the drying effect.
6. Completion and shutdown. When the bentonite material reaches the specified moisture content, stop heating and turn off the dryer. Wait until the temperature in the dryer drops to a safe range and then turn off the main power.
