2. Measure the existing angle. First, you need to measure the inclination angle of the current dryer. This can be done by using a level or other measuring tool.
3. Refer to the manufacturer's recommendations. Consult the operating instructions of the sand dryer and adjust it according to the angle introduced by the manufacturer. Generally, an inclination angle between 3° and 5° is more common.
4. Adjust the support rollers. By adjusting the position of the support rollers, the inclination angle of the dryer cylinder can be changed. Usually, the support rollers located below the cylinder need to be adjusted to change their height, thereby changing the inclination of the entire cylinder.
5. Test run test. After adjustment, perform a test run to observe the flow of the material. If the material moves too fast or too slow, further fine-tuning may be required.
