1. High temperature resistant materials. Since the temperature of slag dryers is high during operation, the external structural materials need to have good high temperature resistance and be able to work stably for a long time.
2. Corrosion resistant materials. Considering that the slag dryer may be exposed to some corrosive media or gases, the external structural materials should have good corrosion resistance to extend the service life of the equipment.
3. High mechanical strength. The external structural materials need to have high mechanical strength and rigidity to withstand the weight of the equipment itself and possible vibrations and shocks.
4. Wear resistance. The external structural material should have a certain wear resistance and be able to resist the wear and damage that may occur during long-term use.
5. Insulation performance. Considering the high temperature conditions when the slag dryer is working, the external structural material should have good insulation performance to prevent the heat conduction from causing the temperature of the equipment shell to be too high.
