1. The center line of the kaolin dryer cylinder should be a straight line with a specified slope, and the error of this straightness should not exceed 2 mm.
2. The cylindricality of the cylinder should not exceed 1/1000 of the diameter.
3. If cracks appear in the cylinder, it can be welded and repaired. When repairing, the edge distance between adjacent digging and patching should not be less than 500mm, and there should be no sharp corners in the digging and patching.
4. When the cylinder is butt-jointed, the misalignment of the annular seam steel plate can exceed one-tenth of the thickness of the steel plate, and the radial runout of the cylinder should not exceed 1/1000 of the diameter at the large gear, 2/1000 of the diameter at the two sections of the kiln, and 2.5/1000 of the diameter in the span of the two rolling circles.
5. The welding of the ash hopper should be firm and reliable, the angle should meet the requirements, the spiral link must be fixed, and spot welded loose.
6. The brick retaining ring should be welded on the cylinder in sections. The installation should comply with the requirements of the drawings. The end surface unevenness should not exceed 5mm and should be tilted 3 to 5 degrees to the bricklaying side.
7. The two ends of the different diameter cylinder must be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. First, transition to the straight end cylinder, and then weld with the straight cylinder. Do not weld directly at the corners.
8. The installation position of the cylinder tail retaining ring should be accurate, and the end surface unevenness should not exceed 10mm.
