Slag dryer installation steps explained

1. Foundation preparation. Ensure that the installation location is flat and solid. Usually, it is necessary to pour a concrete foundation and ensure horizontality and stability. After the foundation is completely solidified, the equipment can be installed.

2. Main body installation. Place the main unit of the slag dryer on the foundation and fix it with anchor bolts to ensure that the machine body is vertical and stable.

3. Transmission system installation. Install transmission components such as reducers, motors, transmission belts or gears, adjust the transmission ratio and tension, and ensure smooth transmission without abnormal noise.

4. Heat source connection. According to the heat source type of the slag dryer (such as coal, natural gas, etc.), install the corresponding combustion equipment and ensure that the flue gas exhaust system is unobstructed.

5. Wind duct system installation. Install hot air ducts, induced draft fans, cold air inlets, etc. to ensure that the wind path is unobstructed and there is no air leakage.

6. Electrical installation. Connect the power line according to the electrical drawings to ensure that all electrical equipment is well grounded and reliably insulated.

7. Control system installation. Install automation control components such as temperature controllers and frequency converters, and connect and debug the lines.
