Introduction to troubleshooting methods for three-drum dryer equipment

Three-drum dryer equipment has been widely used in many industries. In the metallurgical industry, it can be used to dry ores, slag, etc. Three-drum dryer equipment can be used for various materials and products that need to be dried.

(1) The three-drum dryer does not work: Check whether the power supply is connected normally, confirm whether the power switch is turned on, check whether the fuse is damaged, and check whether the control panel is normal.

(2) Poor drying effect: Check whether the temperature and time settings of the dryer are correct, ensure that there is no excessive moisture or dirt in the dryer, clean or replace the filter, and check whether the heater and exhaust system are working properly.

(3) Abnormal noise occurs in the three-drum dryer equipment: Check whether the dryer is installed firmly, check whether the rotating drum is rubbing against other parts, and check whether the transmission device and bearings need to be lubricated or replaced.

(4) Water leakage occurs in the three-drum dryer: Check whether the pipeline connection is tight, ensure that the valve is closed tightly, and check whether there is a problem with the water tank or water level sensor inside the drying equipment.

(5) The three-drum dryer cannot start the preset program: Check whether the control panel is working properly, confirm whether the program selection and start buttons are working properly, and check whether there are any problems with the sensors and control system.
