The uniformity of slag drying in a slag dryer directly affects the quality of the final product, energy consumption, and the smooth progress of subsequent processing. To ensure the uniformity of slag drying, Dingli Group implements a systematic approach encompassing equipment design, process control, and operation and maintenance.

1. Material Pretreatment: Large pieces of slag are crushed. Overly wet slag can be mixed with some pre-dried material (return material system) to reduce its initial viscosity.

2. Uniform and Continuous Feeding: Dingli's slag drying production line uses a quantitative feeder to ensure a stable and uniform flow of material entering the dryer.

3. Lifting Plate Design: The lifting plates inside Dingli's slag drying machine are professionally designed by the R&D team to ensure uniform material movement within the drum and increase the contact area and time between the material and the hot air.

4. Setting appropriate temperature, airflow, air velocity, and airflow direction based on the physical properties of the slag. To prevent the slag surface from hardening and crusting (caking on the outside and tender on the inside), thus preventing internal moisture from escaping, and to avoid the situation where wet material sticks to the walls upon contact with high temperatures.

5. Automated Control System: Dingli slag drying equipment uses digital models to automatically adjust the feed rate, fuel supply to the hot air furnace, and frequency of the induced draft fan, forming a closed-loop control system.

Through the combination of these multi-layered measures, Dingli slag drying system can maximize the uniformity of slag drying, ensuring the production of stable and qualified products, while reducing energy consumption and production costs.
