1. Adjust the intensity of heat source. Increasing or decreasing the heat output of heat source is a direct way to adjust the discharge temperature.

2. Change the material feed amount. Adjust the feed speed and amount of material. Less material can allow more heat exchange, thereby increasing the discharge temperature.

3. Adjust the drum speed. Changing the rotation speed of the slag dryer drum can affect the residence time of the material in the drum, and thus affect the discharge temperature.

4. Control the intake and exhaust volume. Adjust the ventilation system of the dryer to increase or decrease the amount of hot air and exhaust air entering the drum to affect the internal temperature and the degree of dryness of the material.

5. Use temperature sensors. Modern slag dryers are usually equipped with temperature sensors and automatic control systems, which can automatically adjust the above parameters according to the set target temperature.

6. Improve the internal structure of the drum. For example, optimizing the design of the lifting plate can improve the heat exchange efficiency, thereby indirectly affecting the discharge temperature.

7. Adjust the inclination angle of the drum. The inclination angle of the drum affects the flow rate of the material, and thus affects its residence time in the drum and the drying effect.
