1. Lubrication management. Ensuring that the bearings are well lubricated is the key to preventing overheating. Check the quality of the lubricating oil regularly and replace the deteriorated or contaminated lubricating oil in time. Use suitable lubricating oil and lubricate regularly according to the maintenance manual of the equipment.
2. Cooling system maintenance. Keep the cooling water system unobstructed and avoid blockage or stagnation of circulating water. Check the circulating water pipeline regularly to ensure that there is no leakage or blockage to ensure good cooling effect.
3. Bearing inspection. Check the bearings regularly and deal with abnormalities in time. If the bearings are worn or damaged, they should be replaced in time to avoid overheating due to bearing problems.
4. Load management. Ensure that the load of the bentonite dryer is uniform to avoid overheating of the bearings due to excessive or uneven load. Ensure that the equipment runs under a reasonable load by adjusting the working parameters.
5. Equipment installation and commissioning. Ensure that the equipment is installed correctly and the components are properly matched. During the equipment commissioning stage, ensure the balance and centering of all components to reduce bearing overheating caused by improper installation.
