Slag dryers are industrial equipment that are mainly used to dry water-containing slag for subsequent use or processing. It evaporates the water in the slag through heat energy to increase the utilization value of the slag. Slag dryers are widely used in building materials, metallurgy and other industries.
1. Check and adjust the support structure. Ensure that all support feet are stable and intact, use a level to correct the level of the equipment, and prevent vibration and unbalanced load during operation.
2. Drum balance inspection. Regularly check whether the drum of the slag dryer is worn or deformed. If necessary, maintain the stability of the drum rotation by adding a balance block or adjusting the internal material distribution.
3. Transmission system calibration. Check the tension and wear of transmission components such as belts, chains, and gears to ensure smooth transmission without slippage and reduce energy loss.
4. Hot air system and temperature control. Calibrate the temperature sensor to ensure accurate response of the temperature control system. Adjust the hot air flow and circulation system to achieve uniform heating and optimize drying efficiency.
5. Dust removal system optimization. Adjust the air volume of the dust collector to ensure sufficient negative pressure, discharge moisture and dust in time, reduce energy consumption and improve drying effect.
