1. Material selection. The main structure of the dryer is usually made of high temperature and corrosion resistant stainless steel or heat resistant alloy materials to ensure its stability to high temperature and corrosive media.
2. Liner protection. The interior of the slag dryer equipment is easily corroded by slag, so wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant ceramic linings or wear-resistant casting materials can be used in key parts for protection to reduce the corrosion of slag to the equipment.
3. Anti-corrosion coating. Apply a corrosion-resistant coating, such as a high temperature resistant coating or an epoxy resin coating, to the outer surface of the slag dryer to increase the corrosion resistance of the equipment.
4. Regular maintenance. Clean and maintain the coal slag dryer equipment regularly, remove the coal slag and corrosion products attached to the surface of the equipment in time, keep the surface of the equipment smooth, and carry out necessary repairs and coating supplements.
